Art SignWorks, Inc is a company that makes 3D carved signs and plaques from wood and synthetic materials such as High-Density Urethane, PVC and Extira board. We ship our products all over the US and Canada through internet sales and through sign shop retail outlets. We currently have a staff of 7. We will make components, 3D appliques, borders and unpainted signs for other companies, as well as finished signs, from 6 inches to 14 ft.We will also take on other wood and HDU foam carving production jobs from other individuals or companies (no cabinets please)such as carved doors, carved mantelpieces, etc-you design or we will do production design.We use Vectric Aspire 2.5, V-Carve, PartsWork, Vector Art 3D, Alibre CAD/CADAM, AI, CorelDraw, Adobe PhotoShop, and Flexi.
Specialties
Dimensional wood (Redwood, Cedar, Mahogany, Oak, Cherry, Rosewood) & HDU signs by CNC routing, multi-level sandblasting, manual routing, and hand-carving.We do simple sandblasted signs but also complex multi-layer carved sculptures.
